SDF District Office Building

Designed and executed under full structural engineer compliance, utilizing slump consistencies, cylindrical testing, and grade validation.
Project Overview & Scope
This project involved the complete structural design and construction supervision of the Social Development Foundation (SDF) District Headquarters. Built as a climate-resilient structure, the building features an energy-efficient layout, rainwater harvesting capabilities, and reinforced concrete slab foundations designed to withstand local seismic and soft-soil conditions.
“This subproject is part of the community-driven micro-financing initiative co-financed by local villagers and the Social Development Foundation. It aims to empower community communication, bypass flood blockages, and promote district connectivity.”
Engineering Execution & QA/QC Methodology
Detailed On-site Operations Log:
Conducted subsoil investigation (SPT testing showing N-values between 8 and 14). Supervised excavation, reinforcement binding, formwork erection, and casting of foundations, grade beams, columns, and slabs. Implemented quality control through slump tests and cylinder casting (28-day water curing).
