30m RCC Girder Bridge

Designed and executed under full structural engineer compliance, utilizing slump consistencies, cylindrical testing, and grade validation.
Project Overview & Scope
Designed and supervised the construction of a 30m long, two-lane concrete girder bridge. This bridge replaced a temporary wooden bamboo bridge that collapsed annually. It supports vehicles up to 15 tons, allowing tractors and small transport trucks to directly access rural crop markets.
“This subproject is part of the community-driven micro-financing initiative co-financed by local villagers and the Social Development Foundation. It aims to empower community communication, bypass flood blockages, and promote district connectivity.”
Engineering Execution & QA/QC Methodology
Detailed On-site Operations Log:
Conducted site hydrology analysis. Supervised the boring and casting of 8 concrete piles of 600mm diameter. Managed fabrication and tensioning of RCC longitudinal girders, monolithic deck slab casting, expansion joint installations, and safety guard rail execution.
